Registraton for 2008-2009 Season
It's that time of year, again. We are accepting registrations through September 15. You can register on-line at Active.com or register in person at Skate-Zone, located at the corner of Hwy 90 and Bechtel in the shopping center with World Gym. The dates for Walk-Up Registration are:
- August 16: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- August 30: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- September 13: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Registration fees are the same as last year; $75 for the first child registered, $70 for each additional child. You must register your children at the same time to receive the discount.
NOTE
If the child you have registered to play, does not have a copy of his/her Birth Certificate on file with OSSO, you will need to provide the organization a copy BEFORE he/she will be placed on a team.
Coaches Clinics
There are two Coaches Clinics scheduled for October. The first is for a Class E license and will be held the weekend of September 19 at the West River Soccer Club in Gautier. The second is for a Class D license scheduled for October 3, 6:00 PM at the County Farm Soccer Complex and last two weekends. New Section - Training
A new page has been added to the web site. A Training page, that is dedicated to training opportunities for players and referees. Give it a look. You can also use the Training button in the left menu.
What can I do?
Did you forget to sign up to volunteer for your child's team? Why not make a contribution at the organizational level, then. Your assistance in any capacity is greatly appreciated even if it is just helping the coach make phone calls to notify other members of the team of game or practice changes.

The button is located in the left hand section of every webpage. If the form doesn't work, or you don't get a response with a day or two, then feel free to follow up by using the webmaster link located at the bottom of this page.
OSSO Board Member are not listed on the web site for privacy reasons. As you know, there are a number of nefarious groups that love to scan web pages for items such as email addresses, phone numbers and addresses that they then use to barrage their victims with various promotional items. For that reason, we tend not to post these items on the web site, this gives us more time to work on the real challenges that confront OSSO, instead of wading through these unwanted advertisements.
