This page is used to identify training opportunities for players, coaches, and referees. As new items are added they will be placed at the top of the page.
As we try to increase the caliber of our players we strive to provide them with opportunities to learn from coaches and trainers from across the state and country. These are great places to meet others who love soccer and enjoy sharing their experience with others so that their skill level increases.
There is a USSF Grade 9 clinic being held at the Gulfport Sportsplex on Nov, 30 to those that would like to referee. After completing this class, a referee can referee division II (all stars) and division III (rec) soccer games for U14 and below. Click here to register.
The Mississippi Soccer Association will be hosting a National Youth License Coaching Course from Nov 28th-30th and Dec 5th-7th, 2008. The course will be limited to 36 candidates and will be filled primarily on a first-come first-served basis. Applications will be accepted no later than Oct 30, 2008. Click here for more information.
